A great slow cooked beef stew. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef roast, cubed into 1 in pieces |
2 celery ribs, chopped |
2 carrots, chopped |
3 large potatoes, chopped |
1 medium onion, chopped |
4 -6 cups water |
4 -6 beef bouillon cubes |
2 teaspoons garlic salt |
2 teaspoons pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook for at least 3 hours. |
