Ingredients:
1 package(s) stew meat |
1 onion, chopped |
baby carrots |
cubed red potatoes |
2 can(s) beef broth |
salt & pepper |
cornstarch or floud |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in oil. 2. Add all ingredients to roaster with lid (or METAL pan with tin foil) (DO NOT USE A GLASS DISH!!!) 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours. 4. Bake at 300 or 325 for several hours. 5. Take out, mix cornstarch or flour with a bit of water to make a paste and add to stew. Let thicken. |
