I made this tonight it was delicious! My finicky daughter even had a bowl!! Ingredients:
2 lb stew beef |
1 cup flour |
3 cups water |
2 cans beef broth (14.5) |
4 medium carrots (sliced) |
2 stalks celery (sliced) |
1 medium onion (quartered) |
4 medium potatoes (cubed) |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1 pkg beef stew seasoning |
vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Place flour in bag and add beef, shake to coat evenly. 2. Brown in skillet with vegetable oil, try to brown all sides. 3. While doing this cut up veggies. 4. Take beef and place in large pot, add beef stew seasoning, salt, pepper, water, broth and your veggies. Mix well. 5. Simmer for around 2 hours or until meat is good and tender. 6. Enjoy! :o) |
