The best beef stew you'll ever have-! Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat |
2 tablespoons flour |
3 cups potatoes |
1 cup carrot |
1 cup corn |
3 garlic cloves |
8 ounces dry red wine |
11 1/2 ounces low-sodium v8 juice |
2 cups low sodium beef broth |
1 teaspoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon celery salt |
Directions:
1. Cut beef into bitesize peices. 2. Coat beef with flour. 3. Sear on stovetop. 4. Place all ingredients in crockpot 5. Cook Low 8-10 hours. 6. Serve with biscuits. |
