Another one of my mother's recipes. Ingredients:
1 lb lean stew meat |
6 cups water |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 onion, diced |
4 stalks celery, diced |
4 carrots, sliced |
15 ounces green beans |
15 ounces tomatoes, diced |
3 potatoes, diced |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place water, garlic, and stew meat in a pot and boil until meat is cooked all the way through. 2. Place all other ingredients in pot and cook until potatoes are soft. |
