I made this last night and it was very tasty, thought I would record the magic.. Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat |
15 -20 baby carrots |
1 (15 ounce) can corn |
1 (15 ounce) can green beans |
4 medium potatoes |
1 medium onion |
6 -8 green onions |
6 cups water |
4 beef bouillon cubes |
3 tablespoons flour |
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil |
salt (to taste) |
ground pepper (to taste) |
onion powder (to taste) |
chili powder (to taste) |
cumin (to taste) |
mccormick's season all (to taste) |
paprika (to taste) |
Directions:
1. heat up dutch oven and oil on med heat. 2. add beef and brown. 3. add flour and brown 4. add water. 5. add veggies chopped to your desire. 6. season with all the seasonings and boullion cubes. 7. boil for an hour on medium 8. turn down to low and simmer for 30-60 minutes or until veggies are tender and flavors have been absorbed and broth has thickened a little. 9. serve it up! |
