2 lbs beef stew meat |
2 cups potatoes |
2 cups chopped carrots |
1 small onion, sliced |
1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
2 (16 ounce) envelopes beef stew spice mix, mccormicks brand |
4 cups water |
Directions:
1. From frozen, no need to defrost, just drop it in the slow cooker and cook 2. for 7-8 hours on low (minimum internal temperature of 145°F). 3. Salt and pepper to taste. |
