This is an awesomely good recipe. I've cooked it a few times and none of it ever goes to waste. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef chuck, cubed |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4-1/2 cup flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 1/2 cups beef broth |
1/2 garlic clove, minced |
1 bay leaf |
4 carrots, sliced |
2 onions, chopped |
3 potatoes, diced |
Directions:
1. Place meat in a slow cooker. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. 2. Stir into meat until coated thoroughly. 3. Add remaining ingredients. 4. Mix well. 5. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours. 6. Stir before serving. |
