1 1/2 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons onion salt |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1 cup beef broth |
1 1/2 quarts water |
1 lb egg noodles, unprepared |
Directions:
1. In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts. 2. Add vinegar to pan. 3. Simmer for 5 minutes. 4. Add beef broth and water to pan. 5. Cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. 6. Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles. 7. Boil for 20 minutes. |
