This is very easy to make and very tasty as well. Can be used as a side dish or a main dish, I like this in the summer for lunch with a dinner salad. Enjoy Ingredients:
4 medium baking potatoes |
19 ounce can chunky vegetable beef soup |
2 cups cooked broccoli florets |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
2 green onions chopped |
Directions:
1. Scrub and pierce potatoes then place on microwave safe plate and cook on high 14 minutes. 2. Turn once then with sharp knife cut large slit in top of each potato and fluff pulp with a fork. 3. Top with soup mixture, cheese and onions. |
