Ingredients:
1 lb cooked roast beef or 1 lb ground beef, cut into small chunks |
1 cup mild salsa |
1 green bell pepper, trimmed and chopped |
4 cups cooked rice or 4 cups cooked short pasta |
salt and pepper |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, diced |
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine all ingredients with cheddar cheese. 2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Place in airtight container and chill until ready to serve. 4. Serve cold or warm. |
