I got this from a cookbook. It tastes so good, my whole family loves it. Ingredients:
1 lb beef tenderloin |
1/4 cup olive oil (for sauteing) |
2 tablespoons garlic (chopped) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons liquid seasoning |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut beef into cubes or strips. 2. Mix garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, liquid seasoning and black pepper together in a mixing bowl. 3. Marinate for at least 2 hours. 4. Then saute with olive oil for 3-4 minutes or until meat is brown. Do not overcok. 5. Serve in top or at the side of garlic rice. Garnish with fried garlic. |
