salt and pepper to taste |
3 clove(s) garlic minced |
1/2 cup(s) flour to dredge |
1 1/5 cup(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. season your meat with garlic salt and pepper, dredge in flour and brown in oil on all sides until lightly seared on all sides. 2. Place roast in oven at 200 for 4 to 5 hours. |
