Beef & Roasted Pepper Crostini

I love a beefy cheesy crunchy concoction. I like these for a ball game snack.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
16 ounces french bread
3/4 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers
2 cups grated cheese
Directions:
1. In a glass measuring cup combine oil and the pressed garlic and microwave on high for thirty seconds.
2. Slice bread into 1/2 thick slices.
3. Lightly brush top side of each slice of bread with the oil mixture and arrange on two baking sheets.
4. Bake in a preheated oven 450 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
5. Rinse roasted peppers and drain well and chop.
6. Remove from oven and layer equal amounts of beef, pepper and cheese over each toasted slice.
7. Bake for 2-4 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
8. Serve.
