I rub this on roast before putting in oven.

Ingredients:

8 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons black pepper

2 tablespoons instant coffee

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon celery salt

1 tablespoon onion salt

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients well and store in a sealed container.
