Very filling and my favorite spicey taste. Goes perfectly with homemade buns or bread for a quick filling supper or lunch. Real easy Recipe. Ingredients:
4 c water |
2 c both |
1 c leftover gravy (helps thicken soup & adds flavor) |
2 tsp boullion |
2 tsp kitchen bouquet |
1 1/2 c cooked rice |
2 c mixed vegtables |
4 -5 c diced roast beef |
1 tsp sage |
2 tsp garlic powder |
1 tsp thyme |
1 1/2 tsp basil |
2 tsp oregano |
2 tsp parsley |
1 med onion finely chopped |
1 can 5.5 oz tomatoe paste |
1 lg can crushed tomatoes and juice. |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a large slow cooker or pot. 2. Stir, Let simmer on low for 3 to 4 hours. |
