This is a great small casserole for two. Beef, rice, onions...what a great combination! Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup quick-cooking rice |
5 ounces packages frozen peas |
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
10 ounces water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with the onion. 2. In a casserole dish, combine the uncooked rice, peas, soup, can of water, salt and pepper. 3. Add beef and onions and mix. 4. Bake at 325* for 1 hour. |
