I got this easy recipe from one of my aunts at my bridal shower. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained or 4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1 (15 ounce) can beef broth |
1 cup long grain rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. 3. Add broth and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Put rice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. 5. Pour broth mixture over rice. 6. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes. |
