Ingredients:
6 lbs short rib of beef, rubbed with beef rub |
2 teaspoons paprika |
2 teaspoons thyme |
2 teaspoons basil |
2 teaspoons rosemary |
2 teaspoons parsley |
2 teaspoons black pepper |
1 onion, chopped |
1 carrot, chopped |
1 head caramelized garlic |
1 cup mango, chopped |
2 green onions |
1 cup barbecue sauce |
2 cups chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Preheat grill or braising pan. 2. Brown beef ribs on all sides. 3. In a preheated saucepan, combine onion, garlic, mango, carrot, green onions, BBQ sauce and broth. 4. Simmer the ribs in this mixture 2 hours or until fork tender. |
