It is tasty-everyone likes it. It came from my mother-in-law. We have it with mash potatoes. Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef |
2 stalks celery, cut in half inch pieces |
1 medium onion, cut into 8 pieces |
2 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces |
1/3 cup minute tapioca |
1 tablespoon salt and pepper |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300°F for three hours. |
