It is tasty-everyone likes it. It came from my mother-in-law. We have it with mash potatoes.
Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef
2 stalks celery, cut in half inch pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 8 pieces
2 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/3 cup minute tapioca
1 tablespoon salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 300°F for three hours.
