Beef Roast with Potato's for the slow cooker Ingredients:
907.2 grams beef, loin, bottom sirloin butt, tri-tip roast |
5.2 potato small (1-3/4 to 2-1/2 dia) potatoes, white, flesh and skin |
2 clove garlic |
15 oz soup, beef broth or bouillon |
4 cup (8 fl oz) water |
30 grams pearl onions |
Directions:
1. Place Beef, Potato's, onions and garlic in the slow cooker. 2. Add Beef broth & water, making sure that everything is pretty covered. 3. Set on low and let cook for 8 - 10 hours, checking meat after 8 hours to see if its fully cooked. If not let cook a little longer. |
