MMMM very good, and so easy to make...I guessed at some of the measurements only because I add more or less sometimes. Ingredients:
1 lb beef sirloin (cut in strips) |
1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
1 teaspoon fresh basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon cracked pepper |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan. 2. Add beef strips and stir well. 3. Top with tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, and pepper. 4. Place lid on pan and cook on medium/high for 10 minutes. 5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30-45 minutes, or until meat is tender. 6. Serve over rice, or egg noodles. |
