I haven't tried this one yet but love how simple it sounds, posting here for safekeeping Ingredients:
250 g beef mince |
1 small onion, diced |
1 teaspoon garlic paste |
1 red pepper, diced |
250 ml passata |
1 tablespoon pesto sauce |
120 g pasta |
Directions:
1. Gently fry onions until softened. Add mince and brown. 2. Once mince has browned add red pepper, passata and pesto. Simmer for 25min. 3. Cook pasta according to packet directions and stir into sauce. |
