Italian Market and Grill Ingredients:
3 ounces beef, cut into pieces (tenderloin is best) |
3 ounces portabella mushrooms |
2 ounces roma tomatoes |
1 ounce green onion |
3 ounces mushrooms |
6 ounces pasta |
salt & pepper |
1 ounce oil |
1 tablespoon garlic |
Directions:
1. Saute beef in oil till desired doneness. 2. Add mushrooms, green onions, tomatoes and garlic, saute till mushrooms are soft. 3. Add sauce and cooked pasta, heat another minute or two, then serve. |
