1 lb beef |
1 can low sodium beef broth |
3 cups chopped yellow onion |
8 oz tomato sauce |
13 oz sliced mushrooms (2 cans) |
3/4 cup barley |
1 tbsp salt |
2 tbsp black pepper |
8 cups water |
1 cup fusilli pasta |
1 cup frozen corn kernels |
2 cups sliced carrots |
36 grams beef gravy mix |
Directions:
1. combined all in crock pot, cooked on low for 5 hours |
