Beef Marinated With Sun-Dried Tomato

Ingredients:
8 ounces filet of beef
2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes
4 ounces sake
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Soak tomatoes in Saki for half a day. Sprinkle salt beef with salt and set aside for a half-hour. Place into zip lock bag with tomatoes and Saki and marinate 24 hours. Grill on all sides to desired doneness.
