Beef Liver Onion and Celery Soup |

Found this in an old church cookbook and thought it looked interesting. Ingredients:
3 lbs beef liver |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
2 large onions (sliced) |
2 large potatoes (cubed) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown liver in a tablespoon of oil. 2. Add sliced onions potaoes and soup. 3. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Cover ansd steam for 30 - 45 minutes. |
