                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 lbs london broil beef  |  
                                                4 tablespoons soy sauce  |  
                                                4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon garlic powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon onion salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper  |  
                                                1 tablespoon ground pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Half freeze London broil (easier to slice) and cut into thin slice. 2. Mix marinade: Soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, powder garlic, onion salt, powder cayenne pepper and ground pepper. 3. Shake cut beef and marinade in a large freezer bag. 4. Let beef marinate in freezer bag for 1/2 hour. 5. Using a dehydrator (depending on wattage): dehydrate for 3 1/2-8 hours. 6. To make hotter add more cayenne pepper and ground pepper.                              |
