serve in crusty rolls with tomato and lettuce, potato salad on the side. Try with caribbean coleslaw too. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh ground beef |
1 large egg |
3 tablespoons freshly grated breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons jamaican jerk spice |
2 tablespoons freshly chopped sweet white onions |
Directions:
1. Combine egg, crumbs, onion, and jerk seasoning. 2. Add in the ground beef and mix well. 3. Shape into patties and grill or pan fry. 4. Serve in a crusty roll with fresh tomato slice and mayo, and lettuce. |
