Beef in Oyster and Spring Onion Sauce |

Stir fry mix for use with noodles/rice. Good alternative to the fruitier tasting sauces, with plenty of vegetables Ingredients:
34 g mange tout |
210 g sugar snap peas |
166 g beansprouts |
175 g mushrooms |
144 g onions |
230 g uncooked beef steak |
120 g oyster and spring onion sauce |
Directions:
1. Chop up steak into reasonable size chunks (remember that they'll shrink during cooking) 2. Prepare vegetables - wash everything,the chop onion into strips and quarter mushrooms 3. Spray a little 1cal oil into a pan and heat til very very hot 4. Add meat and stir for two minutes/until partly cooked (Don't wait til completely cooked or it will be dried out before the dish is done) 5. Add vegetables and stir fry until at your preferred level of crunch (beware, these vegetables release a lot of liquid, try to drain this off before adding the sauce) 6. Add sauce to mix and stir, then lower heat and simmer for several minutes |
