Quick beef goulash, serve with toast. I used to make this by the bucket when my brother and I had our bachelor pad. It's quick, easy and tastes good. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni |
1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (16 ounce) can corn |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 fresh garlic clove, minced |
1 bay leaf |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as directed and set aside. 2. Brown ground beef (use 1/2 beef and 1/2 sausage for a spicier flavor) and drain excess fat. 3. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes to let flavors come together. 4. Serve hot with toast. |
