Another recipe recommendation from my Grandmother. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 cup water |
1 cup rice |
1 (12 ounce) can peas or 1 (12 ounce) can corn, drained |
3 teaspoons soya sauce |
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onion. 2. Add water, rice and peas. 3. Cover and simmer over medium low heat until rice is cooked. 4. add soya sauce just before serving and stir well. |
