This is a quick and easy dish to satisfy your tex-mex cravings with fewer carbs! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (14 ounce) can enchilada sauce |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies |
8 ounces salsa (1/2 jar) |
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese |
4 low-carb flour tortillas |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 tablespoon instant beef bouillon granules |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and onions until done. 2. Add all the remaining ingredients except tortillas and grated cheese. 3. Mix well. 4. Put 1/2 layer of meat sauce in baking dish, top with 2 tortillas and 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. 5. Repeat, ending with grated cheese on top. 6. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes. |
