2 cans of whole roasted chiles |

1 large bell pepper |
2 tablespoons of sour cream |
1/2 cup of half and half cream |
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro |
salt & pepper to taste |

1 pkg. of flour tortillas (large taco size) |
1 large pkg. of 4 mexican cheese |
1 tub of chopped red, green & yellow bell peppers |
