Casserole made with layers of chips, cheese, and meat sauce. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
21 oz cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat |
1 cup salsa |
1 cup skim milk |
8 oz tortilla chips, light |
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain. 2. Add two cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup skim milk, and 1 cup salsa. Bring to a low boil, reduce heat and simmer about five minutes. 3. Layer in 9x13 casserole dish chips, meat sauce, shredded cheese; repeat chips, meat sauce, shredded cheese. 4. Top with crushed chips. 5. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. 6. Sprinkle cheese on top, return to oven until melted. |
