This dip is the best with nachos, but is also great over pasta. Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onions |
1 clove minced garlic |
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce |
1/4 cup ketchup |
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1-8 oz. package cream cheese |
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook together ground beef,onions and garlic. 2. Drain meat and stir in remaining ingredients, except cheeses. 3. Simmer 10 minutes and remove from heat. 4. Add cheeses and stir. 5. Serve warm with nacho chips or over pasta. |
