Beef Cubes, Pineapple Cubes, Carrots and Potato |

I like cooking, so I make my own recipe to share to everybody out there who enjoy cooking, it taste very good, but I do not know how much nutritional value. Ingredients:
1/2 g beef, cubed |
454 g pineapple, cubed |
1 1/2 cups water |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1 onion |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 carrots |
2 big potatoes |
1 teaspoon ground oregano |
1 fresh tomato |
1 pinch black pepper |
1 pinch salt |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 whole red pepper |
Directions:
1. Place the beef cubes with water in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. 2. Add the onion, garlic, ginger for 2 minutes. 3. Put together all the remaining Ingredients and cook for 15 minutes. |
