Ingredients:
1 10 oz frozen corn |
1 2 oz jar diced pimento |
1 3 oz cream cheese |
1 package(s) 8 oz extra wide egg noodles |
1 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, chopped |
1 can(s) golden mushroom soup |
1 lb. ground beef |
1 med green peppers, coarsely chopped |
1 med onion chopped |
1/3 cup(s) milk |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles, drain. Rinse with cold water. Cook ground beef until brown. Drain. Add green peppers and onions. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add forzen corn, soup, mushrooms, cream cheese, milk and pimiento. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted. Gently sitr in noodles. Transfer to 2 qt. casserole. Cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until heated through |
