Simple yet filling chilli. Ingredients:
250 g lean mince beef |
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes |
200 g passata italian sauce |
1 onion, finely chopped |
150 g mushrooms |
240 g kidney beans |
240 g butter beans |
35 g green chillies |
1 tbsp tomato puree |
2 tbsp red wine |
1 tbsp corn flour |
Directions:
1. Place mince in non-stick pan, add onion, courgettes mushrooms & fry till brown. 2. Drain off fat & juice from beef, then add tomatoes & kidney beans 3. Simmer on low heat for 20min stirring occasionally. 4. Serve with a jacket potato or plain rice. |
