Beef Stew (Philippine style) Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs beef chuck |
2 tbsp shoyu |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 medium onion |
2 tsp minced garlic |
1 tbsp salt |
1 cup tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Boil beef until tender, set aside stock 2. Saute garlic and onion in olive oil 3. Add beef and cooked until brown 4. Add tomato sauce 5. Simmer until sauce is reduced |
