Ingredients:
5-6 pound(s) beef brisket or eye of round |
2/3 cup(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) cajun seasoning |
1 tablespoon(s) garlic salt |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon pepper |
2-3 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine spices and spread half of the mixture on bottom side of meat (pat on), then sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce to light coat or wet dry seasonings onto beef. Repeat on top side. Cover and chll at least 8 hours. Cook on gas grill until done (or crockpot or smoker). Slice to serve. |
