Ingredients:
1 package(s) italian cheese mix (heb) |
1/2 cup(s) breadcrumbs |
1 garlic clove minced |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1-1/2 pound(s) steak milanesa |
1 cup(s) chardonnay |
1 jar(s) marinara sauce |
farfalle pasta cooked |
Directions:
1. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and 2 Tbs. olive oil. Lay the steaks out flat and spread cheese mixture evenly over each piece. Roll each piece up beginning with small end. Tie with kitchen twine. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown each roll on each side. Place steaks in slow cooker. Add chardonnay to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in marinara sauce. Pour sauce over steaks in slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low. Remove kitchen twine from meat and slice each roll. Serve sliced meat and sauce over pasta on a large platter. |
