Beef and Veal With Parsley, Swiss Style |

You can use a crock pot and have dinner ready when you get home. Ingredients:
1/2 lb stewing beef |
1/2 lb stewing veal |
2 large onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 beef bouillon cube |
1 cup boiling water |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
1/2 lb noodles, cooked |
Directions:
1. Cut meat in small pieces. Brown in hot skillet. 2. Add onions. Cook two or three minutes. 3. Add flour and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. 4. Add bouillon cube and water. 5. Cover and simmer over low heat for about one hour. 6. Add parsley to meat. Serve on hot noodles. |
