Recipe for turkey/beef meatballs Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 lb ground chuck |
1 yellow onion |
10 garlic cloves |
2 eggs |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1/4 cup romano cheese |
2 tablespoons italian seasoning |
1 1/2 tablespoons salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, form into 25 balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
