Simple and tasty beef cooked in the crock pot. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 1/2 cups beef broth |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 onion, chopped fine |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 lbs stewing beef, cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
2 cups cooked rice, use your favorite |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the crock pot except beef and rice. 2. Stir well. 3. Add beef and cook on low for 8 hours. 4. Serve on top of rice. 5. Enjoy. |
