Beef And Potato Casserole |

I pretty much made this up and it's actually pretty good. Ingredients:
4-5 white potatoes, thinly slice, but not too thin or too thick |
1 can (14 oz) cream of mushroom soup |
1-2 lbs ground beef, cooked & drained |
1/2 c finely chopped onions |
1-1/2 c shredded cheese |
1/2 c shredded cheese |
1/2 c sour cream |
1 c milk |
seasoning salt |
pepper |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Cook hamburger, drained fat 3. In saucepan, combine all ingredients (except potatoes & 1/2 c shredded cheese) til cheese is completely melted 4. In casserole dish, layer a hamburger mixture, than layer potatoe slices til to the top of casserole. (just like you do with lasagna). 5. Cook for 1 hour 6. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top. 7. Cook for another 15 mins. 8. Remove from oven, let sit for about 5-10 mins. 9. Serve hot 10. Enjoy! |
