This one-skillet dinner combines Swanson® Vegetable Broth, seasoned ground beef, garlic, tomatoes and corkscrew pasta that simmer together to make a quick and delicious dish. Ingredients:
3/4 pound ground beef (85% lean) |
1 (14 ounce) can swanson® vegetable broth |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 1/2 cups uncooked medium tube-shaped or corkscrew-shaped pasta |
Directions:
1. Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. 2. Add broth, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring often. Uncover. 3. Cook 5 minutes or until done. |
