a simple and tasty stir-fry. add other veggies like broccoli if you want. goes well with white rice. Ingredients:
1 lb beef (i use ribeye) |
2 medium sized onions |
1 cup soy sauce |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 garlic clove, minced (about 1 t.) |
2 teaspoons pepper |
Directions:
1. slice beef into i inch strips. 2. cut onions into quarters. 3. in a small bowl, mix soy sauce, and cornstarch. 4. in a skillet, heat the oil and saute the garlic for a bit. 5. add beef and cook until almost completely cooked. 6. add onions and stir for a minute. 7. add the soy sauce mixture and cook until done. 8. add pepper and stir. |
