Saw this on TV and quickly wrote down the details. Don't remember the name of the show. Ingredients:
1 sirloin steak |
4 cups baby arugula |
1 cup coarsely chopped flat leaf parsley |
coursely chopped fresh mint |
2 cloves chopped raw garlic |
75 g feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice sirloin steak. 2. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. 3. Grill. 4. Set into salad mixing bowl when done. 5. Drizzle grape tomatoes with olive oil, salt & pepper. Put in oven for 10 minutes at 400°F. 6. Assemble rest of salad. Add the arugala leaves, flat leaf parsley, chopped fresh mint and raw garlic. Add the feta cheese and tomatoes. Add salt & pepper. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar can be used instead of dressing. |
