Spicy Korean food Ingredients:
2.16 lbs eggplant |
1 large onion |
1/2 lbs hot green peppers |
28 oz canned tomatoes,diced |
2 cups cilantro |
1 9/10 lbs lean beef |
4 cloves garlic |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
2 oz olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut up eggplant into french fry size pieces. Salt them well, leave it alone for 30 min. When the water is released, rinse the eggplant and squeeze very well. Set aside. 2. Saute beef in oil then add onions 3. When both are cooked, add canned tomatoes, cook for 5 min, add peppers, cook for 2-3 min, then add eggplant. Cook until eggplant is done. Finish it off with garlic, cilantro, soy sauce and some coriander. |
